Challenge yourself in one of two distances, 10 km, or 27 km. Both races start with a double track section to spread out the group, and then spend the rest of the time in the tight, technical trails. Join us to learn the basics of Fly Fishing. We start with an introduction to the equipment, rigging, and technique, and then spend time learning to cast a fly line. Apply basic fly fishing casting to different fishing tactics: shooting line, stripping streamers, and drifting dry flies. The course will be approximately 2.5 hours long. Fly fishing equipment was provided. Wear footwear that can get wet, a sun hat, and safety glasses/sunglasses.
